"Ascent to Adaptability: Lanae Felice's Climb of Continuous Growth and Learning"
I'd like to introduce you all to Lanae Felice, M.S. a truly remarkable individual. Lanae calls Littleton, Colorado, home, where she shares her life with her husband and two beloved dogs. Her passion for the great outdoors recently led her to hike Mt. Evans (recently renamed Mt. Blue Sky), a towering peak that soars to 14,272 feet. This accomplishment is part of the "fourteener" challenge, a quest that many climbers aspire to conquer. #MountainConqueror
However, Lanae's interests extend beyond the mountains. She finds deep connection and inner peace through activities like yoga and fitness. Her educational journey includes a master's degree in industrial & organizational psychology and a bachelor's degree in psychology. In her earlier career stages, Lanae's passion for fitness led her to become a certified strength and conditioning coach, helping individuals achieve their fitness objectives. #FitnessPassion
Professionally, Lanae found her true calling as a User Experience Researcher. She discovered this path during her involvement in a project to design a new employee engagement platform for the City of Aurora Parks and Recreation. Lanae's pursuit of excellence in User Experience (UX) has been relentless. She absorbed knowledge not only from her work experiences but also through formal education in Psychology, Graphic Design, and UX Design and Research. #UXExpert
Lanae shares her career journey, shedding light on the challenges she faced, the inspiring steps she took to overcome them, and a masterful action plan that she practices during her career search.

5. Have a Contingency Plan: Draw strength from past victories in overcoming challenges. When the going gets tough, remember your resilience and give yourself space for self-care. Whether it's taking a course, networking, or simply taking a day off to recharge, prioritize your well-being. Have a plan for how to survive harder days. #ResilienceMatters.
